Vendor Fee $185
The fee for vendors is $185 and the deadline for applications and payment is February 3, 2025.

Application is subject to Committee approval. 

Vendors will be notified by February 10, 2025,  if the application is denied, along with a rationale for the denial, and vendor fees will be returned. One vendor meal is included with your participation.

  • Complimentary marketing in conjunction with conference announcements
  • ( 1 ) Vendor Meal is included and will be delivered to your booth. You may purchase additional meals for $35.00.

If submitting a logo, the artwork must be camera-ready and may be submitted in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF format, or Canva Template Link file, and must be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch).

  1. Application and payment must be received by February 3, 2025.
  2. Setup & teardown times must be followed. Late setup/early teardown may result in forfeiting your space for future conferences.
  3. Table locations will be communicated upon arrival on conference day.
  4. All items available for sale must be suitable for family viewing.
  5. Animals, smoking, or incendiary products are not permitted under any circumstance. They will be immediately removed if found.
  6. You are responsible to set up, monitor, tear down, clean up your assigned space at all times.
  7. Loading and unloading procedures will be provided with your vendor confirmation email.
  8. NCAAWA and The Westin are not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items.
  9. You are requested to donate an item for our raffle.
