The deadline to submit your Ad is February 10, 2025.

Please send all artwork to wcadvertise@ncaawa.org.

Artwork must be camera-ready and may be submitted in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF format, or Canva Template Link file, and must be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) or higher in resolution. The finished program book is 8.5" x 11".

Here are the specs regarding Ads:

  • Full Page $200 - Portrait format - 8" x 10.5"               
  • Half Page $100 - Landscape Format - 5" x 8"             
  • Quarter Page $75 - Portrait Format - 5" x 3.75"         
  • Business Card $50 - Landscape Format - 3.5" x 2"

If you’d like an Ad created on your behalf, an additional $95 will be applied for each Ad requested.
