With 30 years of experience at the Social Security Administration and a deep connection to serving San Diego's multicultural communities, Cynthia brings a wealth of knowledge about aging, caregiving, and health planning. Her volunteer work focuses on teaching and counseling older adults in health and wellness and serving on teams advocating for Social Security, Medicare and senior care solutions. Cynthia is dedicated to connecting communities to relevant resources, exemplified by how she organized AARP CA's inaugural Women's of Color Conference in 2024. Certified in Senior Placement Counseling and Spiritual Counseling, Cynthia is passionate about fostering connections through empathy and service to support families navigating caregiving and aging challenges.
Tiffany Zhang has over 8 years of experience leading community outreach and education to promote livable communities for all ages and abilities. Bases in San Diego, she designs and leads programs that address caregiving challenges, strengthen multigenerational connections, and support aging with dignity. With expertise in public health management and community health, Tiffany has championed multicultural outreach efforts and initiatives like Disrupt Aging to redefine perspectives on aging and the Tomorrow's Caregiving Today education campaign to support families in managing the challenges of caregiving and it's costs. She holds a Master of Public Health degree and is dedicated to equipping individuals and families with tools to navigate caregiving and again with confidence.
