I am the Founder of Champion Instructors Education and Training. With a Masters in Education Management, a certification in H.R. management and DEI I would consider myself a life learner. As a mother of two Black boys on the autism spectrum - I believe in advocating for underrepresented communities. As a volunteer, I serve on the Poway Schools Advisory Council’s Board and as the Inclusion Chair for NCSD Jack and Jill of America. As a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated I have chaired several teen boy's summits; I currently serve as the So.
