Darcy graduated from the Naval Academy in 1992 and retired from the Navy Reserves as a Captain in 2017. With her Navy time split between Active Duty and Reserves, her 'civilian' job was Business Management and Technology Consulting for 13 years. Following an active duty recall to Iraq and a family move to Naples, Italy for 3 years, Darcy switched gears, became licensed and built her Financial Planning practice in Carlsbad, CA.
