With the recent warnings from California, Governor Newsome, federal, and local authorities declaring a state of emergency regarding the spread of COVID-19 virus, the Board of the North County African American Women’s Association has decided to cancel our upcoming “Sisters Soaring” 25th Anniversary Women’s Conference on March 28, 2020. We are disappointed that we must take this action. We trust that you understand and support this decision. You will be notified when the conference is rescheduled.
If you have already submitted fees as a vendor, sponsor, ad purchaser, or conference attendee, you may contact our Treasurer, Alycia Anthony at alycia@ncaawa.org for a full refund or you are welcome to donate your refund to theorganization. If a refund is requested, electronic payments will be refunded back to the card on file within 5 to 10 days. If you wish to generously donateyour registration, please send an email to info@ncaawa.orgwith the amount you wish to donate toward the organization.
