Who is Taking Care of You? How Can You Conquer the World if You Don't Have Your Health?

Short introduction about women as caregivers as well as queens of everything, but who is taking care of YOU while you’re taking care of everything and everyone else? How did we get here and how can we change the narrative?

Define self-care, outline types of self-care, and provide a live quiz/poll question:
E.G. How well are you caring for yourself?

3 points to cover: 1) Reasons for why we don’t take care of ourselves FIRST (e.g. societal constructs, demands of life, guilt, etc.)  2) General and simple lifestyle changes to optimize wellbeing  3) How we can change our narrative for a more healthful existence.
